  • It is based on an innovative formulation of isoluminol, supersensitive detection and washing buffers, and AB-horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates.
  • The femtoLUX™ immunodetection system is able to detect extremely low concentrations of antigens.
  • Costs less than any other chemiluminescent system and provides longer and more intense light emission.
  • Requires minimal antibody due to its extreme sensitivity.
  • Supplied complete with a novel blocking agent, BLOT-QuickBlocker, which allows a rapid blocking step and produces a clear background.
  • Includes detection reagents, detection & washing buffers, BLOT-QuickBlocker to perform detection on 5,000cm membrane.
  • A choice of conjugates and other reagents allow users the option to customize the system to precisely match their Western blotting requirements.
  • Choose other peroxidase conjugated secondary antibodies as required in your assay system.
