Purification Method: Ion exchange column.

Protein Concentration: 1 mg/ml PH7.5, with 0.2 sodium azide

Storage Procedure: Lyophilized: store at 40C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -200C.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Stability/Shelf Life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 40C.

Titer: By direct ELISA (against recombinant gp24), 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
