Purification Method: Ion exchange column.
Protein Concentration: 1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
Shipping Conditions: Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
Storage Procedure: In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 40C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -200C.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Stability / Shelf life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4 C.
Titer : By direct ELISA (against recombinant gp120), 1:20,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
Additional Information: This is a binding and neutralizing antibody. Neutralization was tested in tissue culture.
