Purification Method: Ion exchange column

Protein Concentration: 1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

Storage Procedure: Lyophilized: store at 4 C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20 C.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Stability / Shelf life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4 C.

Antibody Properties : Staining and blocking antibody. For staining, use 10 ml/106 cells. This antibody will block signaling through the CD11a molecule. Titer for blocking should be determined by the investigator

Available Conjugates: This antibody is also available conjugated to biotin and FITC.
