Liquid Membrane Substrate
2-component liquid system that produces a dark blue, insoluble end-product for detection of peroxidase-labeled molecules immobilized on membranes.
Stable solution that contains TMB in an optimized buffer.
Contains stabilized peroxide in a special buffer that produces an insoluble end-product.
Sensitivity is 10 to 20 fold higher than 4-CN, in most applications.
Color development takes place in about 5 minutes, with essentially no background and very minimal fading over time.
Kit is supplied with a convenient mixing/dispensing bottle for easy application on slides or membranes.
Excellent for cellular preparations and immunoblotting procedures.
