Description : Recombinant Human Protein Kinase B is a glycosylated polypeptide having a molecular mass of 59.1kDa. Inactive enzyme, suitable for negative control experiments or for phosphorylation as a substrate. Recombinant Protein Kinase B is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation: Recombinant Human PKAkt1 1.9mg/ml, in 50mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 25mM beta glyerophosphate, 50% glycerol, pH 8.5.
Storage: Recombinant PKB should be stored at 4 C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. For long term storage it is recommended to store at -20 C. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity: Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
Dimers and aggregates: Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
