bioWORLD’s Gel and PCR clean up kit is designed to extract and purify DNA fragments of 100bp to 10kb from agarose gels or to purify PCR products directly from a PCR reaction. The purified product is ultra-pure and ready for use in downstream applications including sequencing, cloning, restriction digestion, labeling, etc. The Gel and PCR Clean-Up kit works with standard or low melting-point agarose and is compatible with both TAE and TBE buffer systems.
