Freedom Dyes-Alexa Fluor® 488 NHS ester-3'-Labeled primer

bioWorld provides custom modification of DNA/RNA Oligonucleotides by specific flourophore labelling. Freedom Dye-Alexa Fluor® 488 have high quantum yield and are relatively photostabile. They are conjugated post-synthesis to an amino-modified oligo as NHS Esters. Oligo modification is available for 100 nmol and 1 µmol scale. Sequence of the primer needs to be provided at the time of synthesis. Additional cost will apply for custom synthesis of oligos to be labeled (Cat# 11260044-1).
