IgG-Separopore™
An affinity chromatography gel matrix consiting of rabbit IgG bound to 4% agarose beads. This matrix is coupled through a stable, leak resistant linkage over a wide pH range. This allows purification of anti-IgG antibodies. May also be used to immunoprecipitate Protein A produced by prokaryotic expression systems.
