Recombinant Human Adipose Differentiation-Related Protein (ADFP) Source: E.Coli
Description : Adipocyte differentiation-related protein is associated with the globule surface membrane material. This protein is a major constituent of the globule surface. Increase in mRNA levels is one of the earliest indications of adipocyte differentiation. Recombinant Human ADRP produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 1-437 and having a total molecular mass of 50.2kda. rhADFP contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation: Recombinant Human Adipose Differentiation-Related Protein at 0.1mg/ml, 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1% Triton X-100, 0.002% NaN3.
Stability: ADFP-1 although stable at 140C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -180C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications: ELISA MS Inhibition Assays Western Blotting
