Ammonium Acetate Buffer 1M, pH 4.0, DNase Free, Endotoxin Free

Ammonium Acetate Buffer 1M, pH 4.0, Endotoxin Free has been used in the precipitation of DNA. This buffer provides ions that carry a current and help to maintain the pH at a relatively constant value. This buffer is also endotoxin free aiding to minimize the level of endotoxin contamination in purified plasmid DNA. Prepared using DEPC-treated water. Contains ≤1 EU/mL bacterial endotoxin.
