ViewIP™ Separopore® Microbeads
bioWorld offers a line of colored agarose microbeads to ensure that the IP sample is not lost during manipulation and thus increases efficiency of analysis. ViewIP Separopore is available conjugated with a variety of capturing agents such as Protein A, Protein G, and Secondary Antibodies. It can also be made available as a custom product with conjugation to specific lectins. All ViewIP™ Separopore® Microbeads (Blue/ Red/ Green colored agarose bead affinity matrix) greatly reduces the risk of pellet loss. Comparable performance to non-colored affinity gels, but allows the user to easily differentiate pellet from supernatant. This results in greater consistency and more accurate data due to less sample losses. Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
