Description

Ammonium Acetate Buffer 5M, Sterile is a common molecular biology reagent for DNA and RNA purification as well as chromatography. It can be used as a catalyst in the Knoevenagel condensation for the synthesis of chromans, as well as an ammonia source in the Borch reduction for protein precipitation.

This Ammonium Acetate Buffer 5M is prepared using molecular biology grade distilled water and >99% raw material of Ammonium Acetate. It is then passed through several quality control measures of filtration and sterilization. This makes it a perfect reagent for DNA precipitation alongside Absolute Alcohol.
