Betaine 5M for PCR

Betaine is a methyl donor that can improve cell growth and increase PCR yield. It especially amplifies GC-rich DNA sequences by preventing the formation of secondary structures.

Betaine 5M is made using only Ultra Pure raw materials. It is recommended to dilute the solution between 1.0-1.5M for PCR applications. Combining with DMSO may greatly improve LA-PCR yield.
