bioPLUS PCR Enhancer

bioPLUS PCR enhancer is an optimized PCR additive reagent that allows efficient amplification of difficult templates with high GC content or significant secondary structures. The efficiency of standard PCR reaction condition is significantly increased by bioPLUS PCR enchancer. It also allows successful amplification of long templates and is compatible with most polymerases. bioPLUS PCR enhancer is supplied as 5x concentrated solution and is sufficient for 250 PCR reactions of 50μl each.
