Blotto/Tween 20 in PBS, pH 7.4

5% nonfat dry milk with 0.05% Tween-20 in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM KCl, 127 mM NaCl), 7.4 ± 0.2. Prepared in DI water and filtered through 1 micon filter. Shipped on blue ice, store at -20 C.
