3% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20 in PBS (137mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7mM Potassium Chloride, 1mM Sodium Phosphate, 1.5 Potassium Phosphatel) , pH 7.4 ± 0.1. Prepared in DI water and filtered through 0.22-micron filter. Shipped cold on blue ice, store at 2-8 C for short term and -20 C for long term.
