Bovine Albumin Standard

  • Solution contains 0.9% Sodium Chloride and 0.01% Sodium azide and is sterile filtered.
  • This coomassie dye-based protein assay provides simple, rapid estimation of protein concentration and can be performed using as little as 1mg protein per sample.

  • CB-Protein Assay is supplied ready to use with an easy to follow protocol that does not require prefiltering or dilution.
  • Simply mix the protein solution with CB-Protein Dye and read optical density 5 minutes later.
  • Compatible with reducing agents, this assay is contradicated if the protein solution contains a high concentration of detergents.
