Denhardt's Solution 100X, Sterile

Denhardt's Solution acts as a blocking reagent during hybridization to prevent probe binding to open membrane space and non-target nucleic acids. This ensures maximum probe concentration during northern and Southern blot procedures. Denhardt's Solution is provided as a 100X concentration which can easily be diluted to lower concentrations for various applications.
