1% Gelatin, 0.05% Tween-20 and 0.02% Sodium azide in TBS (50 mM Tris-HCl and 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4±0.2). Prepared in DI water and filtered. Shipped on blue ice, store at -20 C.
