HBS-EP Buffer 20X, pH 7.6, Sterile has been applied to uses in cell culture, enzymology, and chromatography. This buffer has also seen use in general biochemistry. 1X working concentration contains the following: 

HEPES - 10mM

EDTA - 3mM

NaCl - 150mM

Tween 20 - 0.05%
