Speciffically designed to optimize complementary base-pairing of DNA and RNA in Southern Blot, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, Colony and in situhybridizations. The components of the Hybridization Cocktail will stabilize the target and probe nucleic acids, lower melting temperatures, concentrate the nucleic acids in solution and lower background on the membrane or slides.
