Hybridization Cocktail

  • Designed to optimize complementary base-pairing of DNA and RNA in Southern Blot, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, Colony and in situ hybridizations.
  • Components of these cocktails stabilize the target and probe nucleic acids, lower melting temperatures, concentrate the nucleic acids in solution, and lower background on the membrane or slides.
  • Solution is stable for 4 months after thawing. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
