Krebs-Ringer Solution with Bicarbonate Buffer, Sterile

NaCl (120 mM), KCl (5 mM), CaCl2 (2 mM), MgCl2 (1 mM), NaHCO3 (25 mM), D-glucose (5.5 mM), pH 7.3 +/-  0.5. Prepared in DI water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter. Shipped at room temperature, store at 2-8 C.
