NP-40 Lysis Buffer 10%, Sterile

NP-40 Lysis Buffer 10% is a general cell tissue lysis buffer. This buffer has sbeen used in the preparation of cell extracts to be analyzed by antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA, and Western blotting.       It contains 50mM Tris-HCL pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 5 mM EDTA and 10% NP-40.
