NPI-10 Buffer, Sterile

NPI-10 Buffer, Sterile has seen use in protein extraction and purification applications. This buffer contains 50mM NaH₂PO₄, 300mM NaCl, 10mM Imidazole to minimize binding of untagged, contaminating proteins and increase purity with fewer wash steps.
