PBS Buffer 10X, pH 7.4, Endotoxin Free is primarily used in biological research; the osmolarity and ion concentration of the solution closely resemble that of the human body. This solution is non-toxic to cells and can be used for dilution or rinsing containers that contain cells. This buffer is endotoxin free; endotoxin can contaminate supplies, buffers, etc, leading to inaccurate data. Contains ≤1 EU/mL bacterial endotoxin.
