Product Description
PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) has a concentration of 20X with Tween-20 (PBS-T). The solution yields 1X PBS, 0.05% Tween-20, and a pH of 7.5, when diluted to 1X with water.

PBS is a water-based salt solution that helps maintain a constant pH. It is isotonic and non-toxic to most cells so therefore has many uses, including substance dilution and cell container rinsing.
