Phosphate Buffered RIPA

This buffer is frequently used as a buffering agent in biology and biochemistry. It is composed of Sodium Phosphate 10 mM, NaCL 150 mM, Triton x 100 1%, Sodium deoxycholate 0.5% and SDS 0.1%.
