Platelet Buffer without Ca++

Product Description
Platelet buffer without Ca++ contains 15 mM HEPES, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 1 mM MgCl₂, 5.5 mM Dextrose and has a pH level of 7.4 ± 0.2. This buffer was prepared in DI water and filtered through 0.22 µ filter. It is shipped at room temperature and stored at 2 - 8°C.
