Propidium Iodide Solution, 1mg/mL

This product is supplied as 1mg/ml chromagen. Recommend concentration for use is 5ug/ml.

For culture cells, add 10 ul Chromogen to 2ml buffer and mix it (the final concentration 5ug/ml); incubate about 5 min in a dark incubator at 30^oC and then wash cells with PBS/TBS for 3 times at 3 min each.
