Protease Inhibitor Cocktail II for Bacterial Cell Extracts

Lyophilized mixture of five protease inhibitors for use with bacterial cell extracts. Reconstitute with 1ml DMSO and 4ml water to obtain a 5ml solution. Will treat proteases extracted from 20g E.Coli.
* Contains: AEBSF, EDTA, Bestatin, E-64, Pepstatin A.
* Specificity: Serine Proteases, Aminopeptidases, Cysteine Proteases, Metalloproteases and Aspartic Proteases.
