Pro A Elution Buffer, 20mM Acetate, pH 3.5, Sterile is utilized for the purification of antibodies; specifically, it is used to elute protein A. Protein A is frequently found coupled with other molecules (i.e. in fluorescent dyes, enzymes, biotin, and colloidal gold) without impacting the antibody binding site.
