Proteinase K Buffer

Comprehensive buffer for Proteinase K solubilization. Intended to create concentrated Proteinase K stock solutions that may be further diluted with the buffer of choice depending on the final application. Contains 50mM Tris, 1mM Calcium chloride dihydrate, and 50% glycerol, pH 8.0.
