Sodium Chloride Peptone Solution Buffered with 1% Tween 80, Sterile

Sodium Chloride Peptone Solution (0.19%) Buffered with 1% Tween 80, Sterile has been used to rinse membranes to enhance the recovery of microorganisms. It has also been used as a diluent for stock solution preparation. Tween 80 reduces surface tension and inactivates phenolic compounds.
