SSC 20X, RNase Free

SSC, also known as Saline Sodium Citrate, is commonly used in nucleic acid by hybridization. It is also used to facilitate transfer of nucleic acids to membranes in Southern and Northern blotting, dot blotting, and colony and plaque lifts. Prepared using DEPC-treated water.
