Stringent Buffer 10X for Hybridization

Stringent Buffer, RNase Free can be used as a wash buffer. Stringency refers to the “effective melting temperature” of a hybridized nucleic acid. At low salt concentrations, the effective temperature is more dependent on the similarity between the probe and its target. This buffer is free of RNase.
