Description

Product Description
Succinate buffer has a concentration of 0.2M and a pH of 4.0. Succinate is generated in mitochondria through the tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA) and can exit the mitochondrial matrix to function in the cytoplasm, as well as the extracellular space. It can alter gene expression patterns, modulate epigenetic landscape, or demonstrate hormone-like signaling. Dysregulation of succinate synthesis and degradation can lead to pathological conditions.

For laboratory use only. Not fit for agricultural, household, clinical use or human consumption.
