• Has NO 5' → 3' exonuclease activity (fidelity)
• Has the "extendase activity", allowing TA cloning.

• Taq DNA polymerase is supplied with 10X Magnesium free Taq Buffer, 25mM MgCl₂, 5X Band Doctor and dNTP Mix (10mM each of dATP, dTTP, dCTP, dGTP).
