Taq DNA Polymerase with dNTP Mix Buffer

Taq DNA Polymerase for routine PCR.

Specifications:

• Source: Thermus aquaticus
• Has 3' → 5' exonuclease activity.
• Has NO 5' → 3' exonuclease activity (fidelity)
• Has the "extendase activity", allowing TA cloning.
• Amplification size: <5kb
• Taq DNA polymerase is supplied with 10X Taq Buffer, 25mM MgCl₂ and 1mL dNTP Mix (10mM each of dATP, dTTP, dGTP, dCTP).
