TBS Buffer 1X, pH 7.4, Endotoxin Free

TBS Buffer 1X, pH 7.4, Endotoxin Free, or Tris-buffered saline, maintains pH in immunoassays. It is used as a wash buffer and antibody diluent in Western blotting, as well as to reduce background noise in IHC. Endotoxin is a toxin present in a bacterial cell and is released when the cell disintegrates. Contains ≤1 EU/mL bacterial endotoxin.
