TBST 10X, pH 7.6, Sterile

TBST 10X - Tris Buffered Saline with Tween-20,a 10X concentrated solution for use as a wash buffer during western blotting. Solution concentrations: 500 mM Tris, 1.5 M NaCl and 0.5% Tween-20, p 7.6 ± 0.2. Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and autoclaved at 15 psi for 30 min on liquid cycle. To make 1X, dilute 10-fold with distilled water. The most commonly used wash and incubation buffer for Western blotting in a convenient 10X concentrate. Supplied as a 10X solution at pH 7.6. Shipped and store at room temperature.
