TBST 20X with 2% Tween 20, pH 7.4, Sterile

2% Tween-20 in 1M Tris-HCl, 3M NaCl pH 7.2-7.6. Prepared in DI water and autoclaved at 15 psi for 30 min on liquid cycle. pH of the 1X should be 7.2-7.6. Shipped at room temperature. Store at RT.
