TE Buffer 20X, pH 7.4, Sterile

TE (Tris-EDTA) liquid buffer has a pH level of 7.4 with a concentration of 20X. It is stored at room temperature with no detectable DNase, RNase or protease activities. TE (Tris-EDTA) liquid buffer is commonly used for DNA or RNA procedures, such as to solubilize while protecting DNA or RNA from degradation. TE (Tris-EDTA) liquid buffer involved in treatments enhance the staining intensity of antibodies in the immunohistochemical detection of certain proteins. Contains 200mM Tris-HCl and 20mM EDTA.
