TE Buffer 5X, Sterile

TE Buffer 5X, Sterile is commonly used in molecular biology, especially when DNA, cDNA, or RNA is involved in the procedure. TE is derived from two components: Tris and EDTA, a chelating agent. This solution may be used as a wash buffer and for re-suspension. Contains 50mM Tris-HCl and 5mM EDTA.
