TE Buffer, pH 8.0

TE Buffer, pH 8.0 is commonly used in molecular biology, especially when DNA, cDNA, or RNA is involved in the procedure. This buffer is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP). TE is derived from two components: Tris and EDTA, a chelating agent. Contains 10mM Tris-HCl and 1mM EDTA.
