TE Buffer, pH 8.0, RNase Free

TE buffer consists of Tris and 1 mM EDTA. Tris-HCl has a concentration of 10 mM and a pH level of 8.0. Buffer was prepared in DEPC-treated water and sterilized through a 0.2 µ filter. TE buffer at pH 8.0 is used to resuspend nucleic acids after precipitation. The solution is RNase-free and ready-to-use. Due to the ubiquitous presence of RNases, manufacturing products for use with RNA is especially challenging. BioWORLD's nuclease-free reagents and buffers are specifically designed to prevent the introduction of nucleases. Highly sensitive RNase assays are performed at several different stages of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality. Product is shipped at room temperature.
