TE Buffer, pH 8.2, Sterile

TE Buffer, pH 8.2, Sterile is commonly used in molecular biology, especially when DNA, cDNA, or RNA is involved in the procedure. TE is derived from two components: Tris and EDTA, a chelating agent. Contains 10mM Tris-HCl and 1mM EDTA.
