TE Buffer with 0.5M NaCl, pH 8.0, DNase and RNase Free

TE Buffer contains 10mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, 0.5M NaCl. It is commonly used in molecular biology, especially when DNA, cDNA, or RNA is involved in the procedure. TE is derived from two components: Tris and EDTA, a chelating agent. Added NaCl enhances removal of non-specific chromatic interactions with agarose beads. Prepared using DEPC-treated water.
