Tris Glycine SDS Running Buffer Concentrate 10X

Tris Glycine SDS (TGS) Running Buffer is a high quality formulation for use in SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. It is recommended for applications using nitrocellulose and nylon membranes. Tris Glycine SDS may be used as a buffer for both the anode and cathode in gel electrophoresis.

This 10X concentrate of Tris Glycine SDS is prepared using Ultra Pure raw materials to ensure the highest quality for proteomics. A 1X working concentration contains 25mM Tris, 192mM Glycine, and 0.1% SDS. The presence of SDS minimizes DNase and RNase activity for clear results.
